Do I need an account to place an order?+

You don’t necessarily need an account to place an order.

How do I place an order on your website?+

  • Choose a brand / specific category that you want to purchase
  • Choose the size (if available with size options)
  • Add to cart & complete the Contact Information
  • Choose the Shipping Method & how you want to pay
  • Place the order
  • Once the order has been received by our system, we will prepare the order and sent it to you, with updates on the Tracking Number directly to your email / WhatsApp

How can I contact If I want to know more the details of the items?+

You can click “WhatsApp” icon located on the bottom right of the page, and our customer service are ready to assist you.

I can’t find my desired items, can I make a request?+

Yes, you can contact our Customer Service, we can provide Pre-Order for some items as per your request.

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?+

Yes, you may be able to cancel the order, by not make the payment of it for at least 2 hours after the order was made.

If you want to make changes of the items, you can just contact our Customer Service.

Can I cancel my order after the payment?+

You can’t cancel the order after the payment.

Are FIERTE items guaranteed authentic?+

For your peace of mind, the items are carefully curated and hand-picked by our team from the best luxury brands and boutique around the world to make sure all the items are authenticity guaranteed.

How will my order be packaged?+

Your items will be sent to you with the protective FIERTE box. For the designer boxes, dust bag, etc will also be provided depend on the designer items that you bought.

How much will I be charged for delivery?+

FREE express delivery (depend on the availability of the express service for your city) with no minimum order all around Indonesia

How can I track my order?+

We will provide the tracking number directly to your email / WhatsApp. Please be aware that it’s not FIERTE responsibility, if there’s any kind of defect / lost that caused by the shipment.

What courier you use for delivery?+

We trust JNE & Paxel (for some cities) to deliver your order.

Do you offer Same Day delivery?+

Yes, we do accept same day delivery for Surabaya using Instant Courier as per request.

When will I receive my order?+

Usually it takes 2-3 days for express delivery, and 4-5 days for regular delivery for some cities.

How do I return / exchange my item?+

  • Unboxing video must be provided for a minimum of 1x24 hours after received
  • You can exchange / return the items if only the items is not as in descripted condition (i.e different color / size / model, or appear some defect)
  • The condition / completeness of the exchange / return items must be the same when you received the items.
